We've been using Gutter Vac for at least 3 years. We find they're style of cleaning is far easier on our gutters than people using hoses that might wash stuff down the drains. I use Gutter-Vac for my annual gutter cleaning because of the value and quality of service. The gutters are left spotless with all leaves and debris removed, and the roof is also cleared of branches (there are many, many trees nearby my house). Anything that might be left on the ground is also cleaned up. Scheduling is at my convenience, communication is clear and professionally courteous, and the crew are always on-time. Definitely recommended.

They don't even charge for some tasks (unclogging of a particular gutter as an example) in between main twice yearly trips, now that they know we're long term customers. Troy did an amazing job. Impressive at some points as he was in the edge of the roof repairing the loose gutter that was drooping. It was professionally tightened, gutters clean and the corners edges that were separated also tightened and sealed. I will call them again another year to clean out gutters. Thanks for your prompt responses and getting the job done before the onset of the rainy and winter season.

I hired Gutter-Vac to fix my gutter system. It's something rather straightforward I believe, that is to reseal those corners. I like their services - they are punctual, friendly, tidy and efficient from start to finish. They also re-connected two loose down-sprout joints for me by screwing them up securely. I witnessed the problem my next door neighbour encountered last winter, it's a new house and their downpipes and joints fell off completely during stormy weather and it wasn't pretty. So this is a big piece of mind for me.

During our recent atmospheric river rainfalls, a number of our gutters became waterfalls. Denis responded immediately to our needs. The second time, Zhenya, arrived earlier than scheduled and awaited patiently for me. He was thorough in his work and used ropes to tie himself off safely to get to the areas difficult to access. He communicated well and worked independently of me once I gave him a set of keys. The guys on the Gutter-vac team are very good to work with.

The service technicians Troy and Eugene were fantastic on site. Their tasks were to power wash our deck and glass railings/awnings, clean two huge skylights, wash all older windows around the outside of the house and hand wash some oversized new windows that had sticker stain and suction cup marks.Both gentlemen were polite, friendly, efficient and they listened to my concerns and requests. All looks fantastically clean compared to the before status. They even moved stuff that I said I would move for them and then they were going to put it back in place. Not part of their job but their willingness to do it was greatly appreciated.Happy with the work they did, the clean-up of our property afterwards and the efficient use of their time (and mine). Would highly recommend Gutter-Vac if you are looking for a similar job to be done.

I reached out requesting for a site visit and Denis responded almost immediately. Denis' communication has been very prompt and informative.We had concerns with some areas around the building & even after the cleaning was completed, he offered to come back to do a walk through on site with me. Readdressing my concerns with him, he provided some preventative options for our concerned areas.
