This was our 1st time using Gutter-Vac Home Services and I was very pleased with the Customer Experience! Natalie who works on their office was very pleasant to deal with and answering all my queries. From my initial call, I had a technician attend at my residence the very next day. Soon after, I received by text/email a detailed quote for cleaning the gutters and moss removal/treatment on the roof. The quote was reasonable and also clearly showed the scope of the work to be done and the applicable warranties for all work done. From the front office staff Natalie to all the technicians who attended at my premises, I was very pleased with the level of service (prompt, courteous, and professional). Please relay my thanks to all your staff for a job well done and treating me like a valued customer!

Marc did a fantastic job with our moss removal (2 years warranty), skylight cleaning and exterior window cleaning! He was thorough, cautious with safety gear on the roof, and very meticulous with the windows - even offering to wash the 2nd floor window twice to get them perfect. Excellent service and attention to detail. I’d definitely use them again and highly recommend Marc!

My windows super dirty they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. These guys recommend a two strp process to wash the window frames first and then squeegee them clean. Im super happy with the results!

Mark wasone of the very few workers I have found to be very friendly and understanding. I had an issue with pressure washing my carportand he had no problem in re cleaning it to my satisfaction. They were great to work with. We had a minor issue with a couple of windows that had some kind of film that didn't get cleaned off. They came right back to the house and not only fixed the two with issues, but double checked and recleaned almost everything even though it wasn't necessary. Amazing service!

I was impressed with the service. It was a reasonable charge for a few different things (moss removal, 2 repairs, full gutter cleaning) . The worker arrived on time and was polite and thorough. He confirmed the repairs that were needed. Ive had other companies in the past leave behind a lot of debris, so I was really pleased to see clean gutters and no debris laying around afterwards! He really went above and beyond expectations, really happy with the service and I will be contacting Gutter Vac for my next service

From my son in law Edwin who looked after hiring Gutter-Vac for me.We recently got 3 estimates for gutter cleaning and 2 corner repairs. Gutter-Vac sent their man Troy who was very professional and thorough in his inspection of the entire gutter system. The other 2 companies emailed a cost estimate without even coming to look at the job-site!!Gutter-Vac sent their man Leon to do the repairs and cleaning. He was excellent and came down from the roof twice to show me photos from the roof and explain things to me! Great service, office back-up and a solid warranty. Definitely the right choice for any gutter cleaning or repairs!

This is year 2 for having Gutter-Vac clean my gutters. It was the Friday B4 our first Atmospheric River Oct 18, 2024! I also got a corner repaired. They came back on a sunny afternoon to get the repair done which was much appreciated! Eugene is very friendly & diligent!I guess I didn’t hit the button last year to post the above.LOL Year 3: 2025It’s Nov. 3rd & Gutter-Vac came last week & cleaned the gutters. I also had them wash my outside windows. They are spectacular with no streaks! Very happy with the gentleman who did the jobs! They are even going to comeback at their convenience to patch one of my gutter corners that I have discovered is leaking! They are a really customer oriented company & I will continue to use them! Fantastic job! Gutter-Vac was so quick to reply to my inquiry and sent a technician out the next day to have a look at the issue. I had other companies that wouldn’t even quote because of the difficulty getting to the high spots of the roof. I highly recommend Gutter-Vac! They are friendly and efficient, and I feel relieved going into the fall with clean, empty gutters. They also managed to clean all the pine needles and debris off my glass deck canopy that is very difficult to reach.

Gutter-Vac replied almost immediately with a quote and they did all the work that they promised to do. They were on time, fast, they cleaned up afterwards, and they did a great job! I hardly saw the team as I was in and out, but they needed no supervision and seemed like lovely people. I had been trying to get quotes and book the same service through other companies and it was a big challenge with reliability and changing the quotes. Gutter-Vac were total professionals and I strongly recommend them!

We've been using Gutter Vac for at least 3 years. We find they're style of cleaning is far easier on our gutters than people using hoses that might wash stuff down the drains. This company is polite, prompt and flexible with their timing of the job. I'll use them as long as they're in the business.
