Dennis and his team are great to work with and do a superior job. They are professional and the strata council receives lots of great feedback from owners after they have been onsite. The gutter clean outs are very thorough and the glass sparkles!

I had them come out and clean the gutters on my house which were being blocked and water was pouring over the sides. They were fast and came out during the week to vaccum out the most and other twigs that built up underneath my gutter guards

This is the first time that I have used Gutter Vac to clean gutters and rooftop. Denis and the team are polite and provide good service. The works were done on separate dates due to weather consideration. The scheduling was easily done/modified through web/email/phone. They also provided photos before/after for comparison. They also provide warranties for gutters and roof cleaning. I will be using Gutter-Vac again.

Denis did a great job. Our gutters were pretty clogged and he came out and cleaned them thoroughly inside and out. He also did a great job cleaning the outsides of our windows and demossing our roof. We will be using him again!

In heavy rains last week our gutters were overflowing. We called Guttervac and they came out the same day. Work was done well and no mess when they finished. They guarantee their work - no blockages for 3 months - which is huge as we live in a treed area. We will continue to use them and certainly reccommend their services to others.

Two years later, GutterVac still impresses me. They don't even charge for some tasks (unclogging of a particular gutter as an example) in between main twice yearly trips, now that they know we're long term customers. Thank you Denis, keep up the excellent work.I truly couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Gutter-vac. Both Denis himself and his crew are a joy to work with. This company definitely stands out in the sea of sloppy, inattentive, uncaring, even crooked tradesmen that we have all unfortunately dealt with at one time or another. I'm extremely happy over my perfectly clean windows, gutters and de-mossed and repaired roof. I will definitely call them again!

Denis, the owner, has been cleaning my gutter for years and each time the cleaning was done nicely. Due to his honesty and paying attention to detail, I decided to get Denise to paint my house (exterior). Yes, they paint house too. My house has 3 levels with older stucco wall. It will be very difficult to paint and I changed to a dark color too. The paint job was done prefectly and was exceeded my expectation. Denis is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend Denis to anyone for exterior house painting.

This company is the most professional and customer care oriented that I've dealt with in ages. Crew worked extremely fast, and made sure that when they left there was no sign that they had been there other then the gutters were cleaned right out and windows were clean and sparkled. There was no leaves or crud on the ground. They were very courteous and when talking with them, they listened and you could see they were paying attention to what you were saying. Anyone needing gutters and or windows cleaned need to use these guys or you are settling for 2nd best.

I recently had a great experience with Gutter-Vac who I hired to clean the gutters of my home. Their team came on the day and time committed. The two man team was professional and appeared to have completed the job to my satisfaction. Unfortunately one of the small gutters was missed and on the first rain began to leak. I contacted Gutter-Vac and they promptly returned to my home the very next day. Not only did they clean the gutter that was missed, but they also checked all the other gutters to insure they were flowing properly as well.As humans we all make mistakes, however I believe that what separates good companies from great ones is their ability to address challenges promptly and to their customers satisfaction when things go wrong. The team at Gutter-Vac exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again.
